摘要:目的:了解新建医院护士使用医院信息系统(Hospital Technology System, HIS)满意度现状及影响因素,为提升新建医院HIS系统使用效果提供参考。方法:基于技术接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model,TAM)采用已有测量量表,对148名护士进行问卷调查,运用非条件logistics回归分析护士对HIS系统使用满意度的影响因素。结果:新建医院护士使用HIS系统满意度平均分为(2.46±0.613)分,处于“一般”水平。感知有用性维度的得分最低为(2.30±0.074)分,HIS系统受重视性维度得分最高为(2.98±0.077)分,影响因素分析发现,护士长、工龄(年)≤1年的护士满意度较高;班次方面:与办公班比较,责任班和倒夜班的OR值<1,即责任班和倒夜班护士HIS系统使用满意度较低;责任班的OR值(0.039)<倒夜班的OR值(0.029),说明两者相比倒夜班对HIS系统护士使用满意度影响程度要大于责任班;行政班的P值>0.05,说明与办公班相比,两者的满意度差异无统计学意义。结论:职务、工龄(年)、班次对新建医院护士使用HIS系统满意度有影响,护理管理者应根据护士的不同特征,采取针对性措施提高护士使用医院理信息系统满意度。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the current situation and influencing factors of nurses satisfaction with Hospital Technology System (HIS) in newly-built hospitals, so as to provide reference for improving the effect of using HIS System in newly-built hospitals.Methods: Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), 148 nurses were investigated by using the existing measurement scale, and the influencing factors of nurses satisfaction with HIS system were analyzed by using non-conditional logistics regression.Results: The average score of nurses satisfaction with HIS system in newly-built hospitals was (2.46±0.613), which was at an general level.Perceived usefulness dimension scored lowest is (2.30 + 0.074) points, HIS system valued sex dimension score (2.98 + 0.077) is the highest, influence factor analysis found that the head nurse, length of service (years) satisfaction is higher, one year OR less nurse shifts aspects: class divisions, compared with the office work, responsibility and shift the OR < 1, namely compared with office class, poor responsibility class and the shift of satisfaction;The OR value of the duty shift (0.039) < the OR value of the night shift (0.029) indicates that the effect of the night shift on the satisfaction degree is greater than that of the duty shift.The P value of the administrative class was greater than 0.05, indicating?Conclusion: Duty, length of service and shift have influence on nurses satisfaction with using HIS system in newly-built hospitals. Nursing managers should take targeted measures to improve nurses satisfaction with using hospital management information system according to different characteristics of nurses.
