Research on the Influencing Factors of Users Continuance Intention of Online Health Communities--Based on the Integrated Model

• 摘要：目的/意义 在线健康社区对大众健康素养和医疗资源利用效率的提高具有重要意义，本文探究其用户持续使用意愿影响因素，为在线健康社区的发展提供参考意见。方法/过程 本文基于信息系统成功模型和信息系统持续使用模型，引入交互性构建了在线健康社区持续使用意愿影响因素整合模型，从信息质量和交互性角度探究在线健康社区用户持续使用意愿的影响因素。结果/结论 信息质量通过感知有用性积极影响用户满意度，从而促进用户持续使用意愿；用户之间的交互性正向影响社区归属感，进而提高在线健康社区用户持续使用意愿。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance The online health community is of great significance to the improvement of public health literacy and medical resource utilization efficiency. Exploring its influencing factors of users continuance intention to provide reference opinions for the development of online health communitiy. Method/Process Based on the D&M model and ECM-ISC model, this paper introduces interactivity, and constructs an integrated model of the factors affecting the continuance intention of online health communities. Results/Conclusions Information quality positively affects user satisfaction through perceived usefulness, thereby promoting users continuance intention; the interaction between users positively affects the sense of community belonging, thereby increasing users willingness to continue using online health communities.
