  Abstract: This paper reviews the pathogenesis of postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture and the basic situation of risk prediction models, and compares the construction methods of postoperative delirium risk prediction models in elderly patients with hip fracture of different research types, so as to provide reference for the construction and application of risk prediction models.
