  Abstract: The incidence data of hand, foot and mouth (HFMD) were selected to conduct data analysis and data preprocessing according to the relevant factors related to the prevalence of HFMD transmission. A prediction model of the number of cases of HFMD was established to explore the correlation between environmental factors and the prevalence of HFMD, so as to provide early warning for the outbreak or strengthening prevention and control of HFMD epidemic in the region.
