Abstract: Objective :To investigate the use of intelligent nursing information system (NIS) by clinical nurses, analyze the influencing factors, and put forward suggestions so as to improve the willingness of nurses to use NIS .Methods: Methods Based on the Delone and McLean Information Technology Success Model (ISSM), a questionnaire was designed by ourselves to investigate 935 nurses who used the intelligent nursing information system in a third-class A hospital in Nanjing.survey to collect data, through the analysis of the data of questionnaire investigation to determine the intelligent application effect of the nursing information system, In order to improve nurses willingness to use for smart care information system. We adopt SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze demographic questionnaire and Amos24.0 structural equation analysis of the model. Results: the fit of the measurement model of absolute indicators (c2= 20.041, GFI = 0.932, AGFI = 0.902, RMESA = 0.053), the fit of the value-added index (NFI = 0.916, RFI = 0.978, IFI = 0.617, TLI = 0.178), the fit of the comprehensive index (PGFI = 0.588, PNFI = 0.588, c2/ freedom = 2.863, CN = 286.321) display model fitting results are good as a whole. The results of structural equation model verification show that the multiple correlation coefficient of willingness to use R2=0.654, the multiple correlation coefficient of satisfaction R2=0.754, and the multiple correlation coefficient of net income R2=0.642. Conclusion The intelligent nursing information system has optimized the work flow of nurses, but it is still necessary to further improve the intelligent nursing information system, optimize the system flow, in order to better improve the efficiency of clinical nursing work, improve the willingness of clinical nurses to use the intelligent nursing information system.
