Text Analysis and Optimization of Privacy Policy of Health Information Platform from the Perspective of Dual Perception

• 摘要：目的/意义：从感知易用性与感知有用性双重视角出发，系统分析健康信息平台隐私政策的文本特征，提升政策设计的透明度与用户友好性，为政策优化提供理论与实践依据。方法/过程：选取17个主流健康信息平台的隐私政策文本，基于TAM模型构建感知易用性指标体系，采用LDA主题模型识别政策主题。结果/结论：当前健康信息平台隐私政策普遍存在可理解性差、阅读负担重、获取路径复杂等问题，整体仍以平台利益为中心，缺乏对用户认知能力的考量。应引入“默认保护”等隐私设计理念，提升政策的可识别性与可读性，推动隐私政策从合规向以用户理解与信任为核心的多元导向转型，实现可用性、可达性与用户导向性的统一。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance: From the dual perspectives of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, this study systematically analyzes the textual characteristics of privacy policies of health information platforms to enhance the transparency and user-friendliness of policy design, providing theoretical and practical foundations for policy optimization. Method/Process: The privacy policy texts of 17 mainstream health information platforms were selected, and a perceived ease of use index system was constructed based on the TAM model. The LDA topic model was used to identify policy themes. Results/Conclusions: The current privacy policies of health information platforms generally suffer from poor comprehensibility, heavy reading burdens, and complex access paths. Overall, they remain centered around the interests of the platform, lacking consideration for users cognitive abilities. Privacy design concepts such as default protection should be introduced to enhance the recognizability and readability of policies, promoting a transformation of privacy policies from compliance-focused to a multi-dimensional approach centered on user understanding and trust, achieving a balance of usability, accessibility, and user orientation.
