• 摘要：新时期,针灸学与中医、中药学一同列为了一级专业学位类别,这标志着针灸学被提升到了更高的学术建设地位,同时也对针灸人才培养提出了更高的要求。岗位胜任力是从表现优秀的临床医师身上所提炼出来的,是与临床工作相关联的能力和素质的综合体现。新时期,“互联网+”打破时空壁垒,打破传统教育模式,缩小信息差,拓宽教育培养的界限,为人才培养提供新方法。本团队以“岗位胜任力”为导向,不断创新教学模式,以此适应新时代对针灸人才培养的需求。本文对互联网＋结合针灸学教学模式进行初步探讨,以期提升教学成效。

  Abstract: In the new era, acupuncture and moxibustion, together with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and traditional Chinese pharmacology, is listed as the first level professional degree category, which marks that acupuncture and moxibustion has been promoted to a higher academic construction status, and also puts forward higher requirements for acupuncture and moxibustion talent training. The job competency is extracted from the outstanding clinicians, and it is a comprehensive reflection of the ability and quality related to clinical work. Internet + refers to the comprehensive integration of the current society with the development of information technology as the core, and the medical industry and other service industries. Guided by post competency, the team constantly innovates the teaching mode to meet the needs of the new era for acupuncture and moxibustion talent training. In this paper, the teaching method of Internet + combined with acupuncture and moxibustion is discussed in order to improve the teaching effect.
