Exploration of fine management practice in Internet hospitals

• 摘要：精细化管理是一种科学、先进的管理方式，对持续改进医院质量管理水平具有重要意义。随着医疗卫生体制的深入改革，互联网医院政策体系逐步完善，内容覆盖指导、监管、支付三大体系，正逐渐由框架确定过渡到细节设计阶段，互联网医院管理也需要进行创新和改革，如何运用精细化管理理念提升互联网医院管理水平及医院互联网医疗核心竞争力，将成为医院着重关注的问题。本文从互联网医院发展现状出发，提出互联网医院精细化管理的必要性，以成都市某三甲公立医院为例，简述医院对互联网医院精细化管理的探索，为互联网医院管理和可持续发展提供经验借鉴。

  Abstract: Refined management is a scientific and advanced management method, which is of great significance to the continuous improvement of hospital quality management. With the in-depth reform of the medical and health system, the Internet hospital policy system is gradually improved. The content coverage of the three major systems of guidance, supervision, and payment is gradually transitioning from the frame determination to the detailed design stage. The Internet hospital management also needs to be innovated and reformed. How to use Refined management concepts to improve the management level of Internet hospitals and the core competitiveness of hospital Internet medical services will be the key concern of hospitals. Starting from the current development of Internet hospitals, this article proposes the necessity of refined management of Internet hospitals. Taking a third-class public hospital in Chengdu as an example, it briefly describes the hospital’s exploration of refined management of Internet hospitals, and provides experience and reference for Internet hospital management and sustainable development.
