• 摘要：目的：探讨病例库结合诊治思维导图在妇产科实习教学中的应用价值。方法：选择2022年6月-2023年4月在山东第一医科大学第二附属医院妇产科实习的临床医学专业学生110名，采用随机数字表将110名实习学生进行随机分组，对照组实习过程中采用传统教师讲解式教学法进行教学，试验组采用典型病例库结合常见疾病思维导图教学法进行教学。成绩评估采用出科成绩（综合基础知识、病例分析、临床思维）对妇科临床知识掌握情况进行考核及学生问卷调查对教学效果进行综合评价。结果：试验组出科成绩高于对照组（t=2.122，P= 0.036）；试验组在激发学习兴趣、增加记忆和理解、提高学习效率、培养临床思维、衔接基础知识与临床实践等教学效果评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；试验组教学总满意度为100%,高于对照组的81.8%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：病例库结合常见疾病思维导图教学相比传统讲解式教学，在一定程度上可激发临床医学生实习兴趣，培养临床思维及疾病处理能力，实现基础课程与临床的有效衔接过渡，有利于提高教学质量和效率。

   

  Abstract: Objective :to explore the application value of typical cases database combined with diagnostic and treatment mind maps in undergraduate obstetrics and gynecology internship teaching. Metheds: A total of 110 clinical medicine students who practiced in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected, and the 110 internship students were randomly grouped into a control group and an experimental group? using a random number table. The control group was taught by the traditional teachers lecture method during the internship, and the experimental group was taught by the typical case database combined with the common disease mind maps teaching method.The students performance was assessed through discharge test scores (including comprehensive basic knowledge, case analysis, and clinical thinking), and a student questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness.
