Blockchain Strengthens Information Management of Chronic Patients GUI Yuran, ZHOU Hongyan, SHU Xiji, School of Medicine, Jianghan University, Wuhan 430056, China

• 摘要：当前慢病患者信息管理面临着数据互信共享困难、信息丢失篡改难以追溯、患者隐私泄露风险增加等困境。充分利用区块链的去中心化、开放性、自治性、防篡改、匿名性等特性,可从技术层面有效解决慢病患者信息共享中的数据安全问题。区块链通过技术手段优化资源配置,提升慢病管理效率,为政府科学决策提供证据支持,并能有效监管医疗行为,增进医患互信。

  Abstract: At present, the information management of patients with chronic diseases has encountered some problems, such as dilemma in data mutual trust and sharing, difficulty in tracing after information loss or tampering, increased risk of patient privacy disclosure, etc. Blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization, openness, autonomy, tamper proof and anonymity, which can effectively solve the data security problem in the information sharing technically. Managing the information of chronic patients through blockchain can not only improves the optimization of resource allocation and management efficiency, but also helps the government make scientific decisions. In addition, it can effectively supervise medical behavior and enhance mutual trust between doctors and patients.
