Research on the construction of community elderly hearing health management platform based on blockchain Technology

• 摘要：目前老年性听力障碍在老年慢性病的患病率上位居第三，故优化和完善社区健康管理工作的内容、提高其效能值得引起基层医师的重视及探究。本文基于对区块链技术下的老年性听力障碍患者的社区数字化的慢病管理平台的构建研究，逐步提高健康管理工作的质量及效率，旨在引导患者规范诊治，并提供循证医学的依据。

  Abstract: At present, senile hearing impairment ranks third in the prevalence of chronic diseases in the elderly. Therefore, it is worthy of attention and exploration of grass-roots doctors to optimize and improve the content of community health management and improve its effectiveness. Based on the research on the construction of community digital chronic disease management platform for elderly patients with hearing impairment under blockchain technology, this paper aims to gradually improve the quality and efficiency of health management, guide patients to standardize diagnosis and treatment, and provide evidence-based medicine basis.
