摘要:摘 要 目的:构建“区块链+”疫苗追溯系统,加快医疗健康与互联网深度融合,创新服务形式、提高服务效率。方法:将疫苗产品生产企业、委托配送企业、疾病预防控制中心、接种单位、接种儿童等相关信息通过区块链全程记录,并将疫苗流转过程中的动态信息写入区块链,为每一支疫苗建立追踪档案,实现疫苗全流程可追溯。结果:基于“区块链+”可信追溯技术,可以使疫苗审批、生产、流通、接种等过程中的相关方全部“上链”,全过程跟踪记录每一个交易环节的信息,通过疫苗标识码+冷链设备编码+受众者编码+接种单位编码+接种医生编码五个编码构成联合编码,构建可溯源安全接种信用体系。结论:“区块链+”疫苗可信追溯系统的构建,实现源头可靠、不可篡改、全程监管、人苗关联、扫码接种、可信追溯,为公众健康提供保障。
关键词: 区块链 疫苗 可信追溯Abstract: Construction and Application of Blockchain+ Vaccine Credible Traceability SystemAbstract: PurposeBuild a blockchain+ vaccine traceability system to accelerate the deep integration of medical health and the Internet, so as to innovate service forms and improve service efficiency. MethodRecord vaccine product manufacturers, commissioned distribution companies, CDCs, vaccinations, vaccinated children and other relevant information through the blockchain throughout the entire process, and write the dynamic information during the vaccine circulation process into the blockchain, for each support vaccines to establish tracking files to realize the traceability of the entire vaccine process. Result Based on the blockchain+ trusted traceability technology, all relevant parties in the process such as vaccine approval, production, circulation, and vaccination can be on the chain, and the entire process can track and record the information of each transaction link. Apart from this, the five codes of vaccine identification code + cold chain equipment code + audience code + vaccination unit code + vaccination doctor code constitute a joint code to build a traceable safe vaccination credit system. Conclusion The construction of the blockchain+ vaccine credible traceability system can achieve reliable source, non-tamperable, full supervision, vaccine association, scan code vaccination, and credible traceability, to ?provide protection for public health.
