Research on construction and application of online intelligent pre-consultation system

• 摘要：目的：建设在线智能预问诊系统,优化患者的就诊流程,为医生完成病历提供便捷手段。方法：以上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院门诊为研究背景,选取患者有无使用预问诊系统的就诊情况作为观察组和对照组,分析医生使用系统前后的完成病历时间和相应患者满意度。结果：随着系统的使用,医生完成病历的平均时间减少了31.65秒(P<0.05),且患者满意度有所提升。结论：门诊预问诊系统具有广阔的临床应用价值,可有效减轻医生的工作负担,为医院提升门诊服务能力提供借鉴参考。

  Abstract: Objective: Build an online intelligent pre-consultation system, optimize the patient treatment process, and provide convenient means for doctors to complete medical records. Methods: Taking the outpatient department of International Peace Maternity And Child Health Hospital as the research background, patients with or without using the system were selected as the observation group and the control group, and the time for doctors to complete the medical records was analyzed. Results: With the use of the system, the average time for doctors to complete medical records and patient satisfaction was reduced by 31.65 seconds (P<0.05) and patient satisfaction increased. Conclusion: The outpatient pre-consultation system has broad clinical application value, which can effectively reduce the burden of doctors and provide reference for the hospital to improve the ability of outpatient service.
