Construction of daytime electronic medical record system with integrated design of outpatient, inpatient and surgical management

• 摘要：本文通过信息化手段，合理规划日间手术中心工作流程，打通门诊、住院、手术相对封闭的单独流程，形成从门诊病历采集、手术预约管理、日间住院病历书写的一体化流程。从而实现减少日间患者往返医院次数和入院排队等候时间、减轻医患沟通压力，达到用信息流程替换物理空间的目的，加速日间手术中心平台的发展。

  Abstract: Combined with information technologies,the paper refined the process of ambulatory surgery center,linked the relatively separated process of outpatient,inpatient and operation.The paper introduced an integrated process design of ambulatory surgery,which included the outpatient medical record collection,surgery appointment management and ambulatory surgery inpatient medical record writing.As a result,it reduced the number of round trips of the patients,shortened the waiting time for admission,reduced the pressure of doctor-patient communication,which achieced the purpose of replacing physical space with information process,and accelerated the development of day operation center platform.
