Study on Constructing Paperless System of Inpatient Medical Record

• 摘要：为解决某委属委管综合性三级甲等医院面临的日益增长的纸质住院病案保存问题,在资金投入有限、住院医疗业务信息化不全面的情况下,构建住院病案无纸化体系,以逐步推进住院病案无纸化,最终实现住院病案无纸化归档。

  Abstract: In order to solve the growing problem of paper-based inpatient medical record preservation faced by a comprehensive three-level first-class hospital under the supervision of National Health and Fitness Commission, a paperless system of inpatient medical record is constructed under the condition of limited capital investment and incomplete informatization of inpatient medical business, so as to gradually promote paperless inpatient medical record and finally realize paperless filing of inpatient medical record.
