Exploration And Research On The Lean Operation Management Model Of Public Hospitals Promoted By Big Data Governance

• 摘要：公立医院高质量发展是现阶段和未来发展的重要目标和方向，随着新医改各项改革“组套式”举措实施，公立医院原有运营模式亟待变革，依托信息化助力公立医院高质量运营凸显重要和必要性。盛京医院积极探索新时代下运营管理新模式，以信息化手段为重要支撑，实现医院管理数据互联互通，结合运营管理新需求，搭建运营管理数字化平台，探究智慧运营管理模型。

  Abstract: The high-quality development of public hospitals is an important goal and direction at this stage and in the future. With the implementation of the set measures of various reforms of the new medical reform, the original operation mode of public hospitals needs to be changed urgently. It is important and necessary to rely on informatization to help the high-quality operation of public hospitals. Shengjing Hospital actively explores a new mode of operation and management in the new era, takes information means as an important support, realizes the interconnection of hospital management data, builds a digital platform for operation and management and explores the intelligent operation and management model in combination with the new needs of operation and management.
