Discussion on the Development Strategy of Internet Hospital Based on 4C Theoretical Model

• 摘要：通过分析国内互联网医院的发展现状和不足之处,运用4C理论模型从满足患者个性化、人文化、多样化的现代需求角度探析互联网医院的发展策略,从而提升互联网医院诊疗服务质量,给患者提供良好就医体验,促进互联网医院的建设与发展。

  Abstract: By analyzing the development status and shortcomings of domestic Internet hospitals, this paper uses 4C theoretical model to explore the development strategies of Internet hospitals from the perspective of meeting the personalized, humanistic and diversified modern needs of patients, so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment service quality of Internet hospitals, provide patients with good medical experience, and promote the construction and development of Internet hospitals.
