Discussion on the information security strategy of the medical industry under the background of Internet +

• 摘要：针对“互联网+”背景下医疗行业存在的安全性和隐私性问题，结合中美在医疗信息安全方面制定的有关政策和法律法规，探讨了医疗行业信息安全未来的发展方向。根据文献研究和实际工作经验，将医疗行业信息安全问题分为安全问题和隐私问题两类，并研究了我国医疗行业信息安全政策，分析其存在的不足。最后结合前文的讨论及美国医疗行业信息安全政策体系，对我国医疗行业信息安全的发展提出了相应的建议。

  Abstract: Aiming at the problems of security and privacy in the medical industry under the background of Internet +, the future development direction of information security in medical industry is discussed in the light of relevant policies and laws and regulations formulated by China and the United States in the field of medical information security. According to literature research and practical work experience, the information security problems of the medical industry are divided into security problems and privacy problems. The information security policies of Chinas medical industry are studied and their shortcomings are analyzed. Finally, combined with the previous discussion and the information security policy system of American medical industry, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development of information security in Chinas medical industry.
