Research Progress on Clinical Efficacy of Adjuvant Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy for Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

• 摘要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）是慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）病程中以呼吸道症状急剧恶化为特征的严重阶段，显著增加了患者的肺功能损害与死亡风险。近年来在西医常规治疗基础上联合中医常用手段的综合干预模式受到广泛关注。本文通过系统梳理相关文献，依次从中药复方、单味中药、中药注射剂、雾化吸入、穴位贴敷、中药熏洗、针刺艾灸、刮痧拔罐、食疗康复等多个维度展开，旨在阐述此类中西医结合方案治疗AECOPD的临床疗效。结果表明，中医作为辅助干预手段能显著改善患者的临床症状、优化肺功能指标、降低血清促炎因子浓度、调节机体免疫水平、促进全身免疫稳态恢复。在此基础上分析现有研究不足，探讨后续研究方向，以期为 AECOPD 的深入研究及临床诊疗实践提供参考依据。

  Abstract: Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) is a severe stage in the course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), characterized by a rapid worsening of respiratory symptoms, which significantly increases the risk of pulmonary function deterioration and mortality. In recent years, comprehensive intervention models that combine conventional Western medical treatment with commonly used Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) approaches? have drawn widespread attention. By systematically reviewing the relevant literature, Expand elaborately in turn from multiple dimensions including traditional Chinese medicine compound prescriptions, single Chinese medicinal herbs, traditional Chinese medicine injections, aerosol inhalation, as well as acupoint application, Chinese herbal fumigation and washing, acupuncture and moxibustion, scraping and cupping, dietary therapy and rehabilitation conditioning.this article aims to elucidate the clinical efficacy of such integrated Chinese and Western medicine strategies in the treatment of AECOPD. The findings demonstrate that TCM, serving as an adjuvant intervention, can significantly ameliorate clinical symptoms, optimize pulmonary function parameters, reduce serum concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines, regulate immune function, and promote the restoration of systemic immune homeostasis. On this basis, the limitations of existing studies are analyzed and future research directions are explored, with the goal of providing a reference for further in-depth investigations and clinical diagnostic and therapeutic practice for AECOPD.
