Building a New Paradigm of Cultivating Talents with Red Culture in Traditional Chinese Medicine in the New Era: Paths and Practices

• 摘要：该文探讨在新时代教育语境下，以立德树人为中心，把近现代中医药红色文化里的价值信念，完整嵌入课堂与课外教育的每个环节，以目标、问题和效果为牵引，逐步搭起人文精神、理论研究、实践实训、传承传播四类平台，尝试拼出一幅中医药红色文化育人的新图景，让中医药文化在代际传递中保持活力，为爱国主义教育注入具象而持久的资源，为新时代高校人才培养打开一条颇具启发性的新路。

  Abstract: In the context of education in the new era, with a focus on fostering virtue through education, the values and beliefs embedded in the red culture of modern and contemporary traditional Chinese medicine are fully integrated into all aspects of classroom and extracurricular education. Guided by objectives, problems, and outcomes, four platforms—namely, humanistic spirit cultivation, theoretical research, practical training, and inheritance and dissemination—are gradually established. This effort aims to construct a new framework for nurturing individuals through the red culture of traditional Chinese medicine, thereby ensuring its vitality in intergenerational transmission, providing tangible and enduring resources for patriotism education, and opening up an inspiring new path for talent cultivation in higher education institutions in the new era.
