产教研医协同育人机制下中医药院校智能医学工程专业建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Intelligent Medical Engineering Major in Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges under the Industry-Education-Research-Medical Collaborative Education Mechanism

  • 摘要:围绕“健康中国”战略背景下中医药院校智能医学工程专业建设的实践需求,以河南中医药大学为例,系统阐述了产教研医协同育人机制下的专业建设路径。分析了智能医学工程专业的建设现状,包括全国开设院校分布、培养目标与课程体系特征,并指出当前存在的人才培养定位模糊、课程壁垒分明、实践体系薄弱等共性问题。在此基础上,结合中医药院校特色,提出以“医工融合、智能赋能”为核心的建设思路:通过构建“知识-能力-素养”三位一体课程体系,打造“产教研医”四维协同育人模型,形成行业导向的主干课程模块、问题导向的内容整合机制及多元协同的师资队伍建设路径。同时,依托阶梯式实践能力培养、医疗场景实习、学科竞赛赋能及科研反哺教学等举措,强化学生工程实践与创新能力。研究可为同类院校智能医学工程专业建设提供参考,助力复合型智能医学人才培养,服务智慧医疗与中医药现代化发展需求。

    Abstract: Against the background of the Healthy China strategy and the practical needs for constructing the Intelligent Medical Engineering major in traditional Chinese medicine colleges, this paper systematically elaborates on the professional construction path under the industry-education-research-medical collaborative education mechanism, taking Henan University of Chinese Medicine as an example. It first analyzes the current construction status of the Intelligent Medical Engineering major, including the distribution of institutions offering the major nationwide, training objectives, and characteristics of curriculum systems, and points out common problems such as ambiguous talent training positioning, clear curriculum barriers, and weak practical systems. Based on this, combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine colleges, it proposes a construction idea centered on medicine-engineering integration and intelligent empowerment: by building a knowledge-ability-literacy trinity curriculum system and creating a industry-education-research-medical four-dimensional collaborative talent training model, it forms industry-oriented main course modules, problem-oriented content integration mechanisms, and multi-collaborative faculty team construction paths. Meanwhile, through measures such as stepwise practical ability training, medical scenario internships, discipline competition empowerment, and scientific research feeding back teaching, it strengthens students engineering practice and innovation capabilities. This research can provide reference for the construction of Intelligent Medical Engineering majors in similar institutions, facilitate the cultivation of compound intelligent medical talents, and serve the development needs of smart healthcare and the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
