摘要:目的:系统评价益生菌制剂与血压的关系。方法:计算机检索PubMed(MEDLINE)、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据,搜集包含益生菌制剂与血压关系的随机对照研究,检索时限均从建库至2026-02-01。由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,采用RevMan 5.4.1软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入23篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,使用益生菌制剂与对照组相比可显著降低舒张压。亚组分析结果显示,干预时间是否大于等于8周可能是异质性来源,而是否为单一菌种、是否为高血压病人群不是异质性的影响因素。结论:益生菌干预对控制血压特别是舒张压具有积极作用。受纳入研究数量和质量限制,上述结论尚需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。
Abstract: Objective: To systematically review the relationship between probiotic and blood pressure. Methods: The PubMed(MEDLINE), Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CNKI, WanFang Data were searched to collect randomized controlled trials included the relationship between probiotic and blood pressure, with the search period ranging from database establishment to 2026-02-01. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias in the included studies, followed by a Meta-analysis using RevMan 5.4.1 software. Results: A total of 23 articles were included. Meta-analysis results showed that using probiotic preparations can significantly reduce diastolic pressure compared with the control group. Subgroup analysis showed that whether the intervention duration was greater than or equal to 8 weeks might be a source of heterogeneity, while whether it was a single strain or whether it is a hypertensive population are not a factor affecting heterogeneity. Conclusion: Probiotic intervention has a positive effect on controlling blood pressure, especially diastolic blood pressure. Due to the limitations in the number and quality of included studies, the above conclusions still need to be verified by more high-quality research.
