Abstract: Diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) is a pathological state in which the number or quality of oocytes in the ovary decreases, leading to weakened ovarian hormone secretion function and affecting female reproductive potential. Its main manifestations include menstrual disorders, amenorrhea, and infertility. Professor Yang Bingxiu, based on the theory of essence and blood sharing the same origin, uses the treatment principle of nourishing essence and blood and tonifying the liver and kidneys. She has developed her own Yuchao Formula and combined it with psychological counseling. This approach has achieved remarkable clinical effects in alleviating patients clinical symptoms, improving ovarian function, and restoring fertility. This article summarizes Professor Yang Bingxius experience in treating DOR, aiming to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
