Based on data mining, the medication rule of Professor Zhong Jie in the treatment of ovarian reserve dysfunction was discussed

    Abstract: Objective: To summarize Professor Zhong Jies academic thought, medication rule and experience in the treatment of decreased ovarian reserve by analyzing the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve. Methods: Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of 100 patients diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve and effective treatment treated by Professor Zhong Jie in the gynecological clinic of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were collected, and a database was established using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform (V3.5). Data mining methods such as frequency analysis and association rules were used to analyze the rules of drug frequency, sex and taste, channel normalization, common drug pairs and so on. Results: It is concluded that Professor Zhong Jies treatment of DOR should focus on supplementing the spleen and the stomach, emphasizing on supplementing the kidney essence and kidney Yang, and paying attention to soothing the liver and promoting qi.
