Abstract: Lung cancer, as the malignant tumor with the highest incidence and mortality rates worldwide, seriously threatens human life and health. This article summarizes Professor Tians clinical experience in classifying and treating lung adenocarcinoma. It holds that the pathogenesis of lung adenocarcinoma is mostly due to the dysfunction of the five internal organs mainly consisting of the lungs, and the deficiency of both the lungs and the spleen is the basis of the disease, which then leads to the abnormal environment of cancer. When the liver restrains the heart, it is like a flame of restlessness, which leads to the occurrence of abnormal diseases. Deficiency of the lungs and kidneys leads to the decline of both Yin and Yang, eventually posing a threat of metastasis. Professor Tians clinical experience in treating lung adenocarcinoma is introduced here, along with a case study to support it, including the self-designed formula for detoxification and eliminating abnormalities, the formula for eliminating accumulation and dispersing nodules, and the modified formula for Heyin Shenqi Pills. The aim is to provide a reference for clinical practice.
