Abstract: Objective: To analyze the medication rules of plaster prescriptions in Li Yue Pian Wen based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance platform software (V3.5),and provide a reference for the clinical use of plaster prescriptions to treat diseases. Methods: Collect the plaster prescriptions used in Li Yue Pian Wen, including the scattered drugs and application drugs used in conjunction with plasters for systematic analysis. Enter the data into the software and use the integrated data mining method.. Through the prescription analysis module, analyze the four qi and five flavors, nature and meridian tropism, medication frequency, and prescription combination rules of prescriptions. After analyzing the core drug combinations through complex system entropy clustering, new prescriptions are evolved. In addition, analyze the application rules of scattered drugs in scattered drug prescriptions separately, and analyze the plaster-condensing drugs and drugs involved in the eighteen incompatible and nineteen mutual restraint pairs in plaster prescriptions. Results: Among 290 plaster prescriptions and prescriptions for scattered drugs and application drugs, it was found that the four qi of drug properties were mainly warm and cold, the five flavors were mainly pungent, bitter, and sweet, and the meridian tropisms covered all meridians. Through cluster analysis, 29 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions are evolved. The top three drugs in scattered drug prescriptions are CortexCinnamomi, CoptidisRhizoma, and Caryophylli Flos. Among 158 plaster prescriptions, 153 were black plasters, and a total of 76 prescriptions involved the use of drug pairs in the eighteen incompatible and nineteen mutual restraint pairs. Conclusion: It was found that the medication combinations in Li Yue Pian Wen had diversity and concentration in medication, and contained the concept that internal and external treatments lead to the same goal. It can provided some new diagnostic and treatment ideas for the clinical application of external treatment plasters.
