Abstract: Purpose/Significance This study aims to analyze the current state of library health information services and the problems in medical libraries services, and to explore an AI - based health information service framework for medical libraries to offer theoretical guidance.Method/Process Using literature analysis, the study first examines the current state and identifies existing problems. Then, it constructs a five - stage AI - based framework. This framework collects multi - source data to break information silos; uses knowledge graphs and deep learning for automated medical knowledge restructuring and precise delivery; combines cloud and blockchain technologies to remove data - sharing barriers; and ensures continuous service optimization via a closed - loop feedback mechanism in the quality control layer.Result/Conclusion The established AI - based health information service framework provides a theoretical reference and practical approach for the innovative transformation of medical library services.
