Research on the current situation of social health information service in Medical University Library

  Abstract: This paper investigates the current situation of social health information service in 33 medical University libraries from five aspects: system construction, service object, service content, social cooperation and health information service platform construction. The study found that there is still a certain gap between the social service of Medical University Library and the health information needs of readers, and puts forward some targeted suggestions from improving system construction, strengthening social cooperation and building health information service platform,in order to provide the basis for the construction of health information service system of Medical University Libraries in our country.
