  Abstract: Objective: To investigate the changes in macular microcirculation and aqueous humor cytokines levels before and after treatment with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) vitreous injection in patients with diabetic macular edema (DME), and to analyze the relationship between macular microcirculation, aqueous humor cytokines and the treatment efficacy.
