The focal point and supervision of online public welfare crowdfunding for medical assistance from the perspective of the third distribution

  Abstract: Online public welfare crowdfunding is a useful supplement to the multi-level medical security system, which can alleviate the phenomenon of poverty caused by illness. To promote the building of a healthy China, it is necessary to effectively connect the second distribution with the third distribution, and medical assistance with online public welfare crowdfunding. Based on the analysis of the medical assistance system, this paper clarified the shortcomings and pain points of the existing framework, and put forward the development orientation and focal points of online public welfare crowdfunding for medical assistance, as well as the governments regulatory strategies on online public welfare crowdfunding.
