Abstract: The paper reviews 31 empirical research literature on patients’ intention to use hospital intelligent service both international and domestic over the past 5 years. Emphasis is placed on model selection and integration, variable setting and expansion, research methodology, so as to provide references for better explanations on usage intention of this field in the future.
