Abstract: In view of the high incidence of clinical venous thromboembolism (VTE), the weak awareness of prevention and treatment of clinicians, the heavy workload of VTE assessment, and the difficulty of dynamic full cycle management, information technology is used to solve the above problems in this paper. Methods Based on the clinical decision support system(CDSS), with the help of natural semantic recognition and standardized quality control indicators, an intelligent VTE prevention and treatment system was constructed. Results The system can realize automatic reminder, intelligent scoring, dynamic management, single disease quality control and other functions. Conclusion The intelligent VTE prevention and treatment system not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of clinical VTE prevention and treatment, but also improves the quality management ability of single disease in hospital.
