An Efficient, Secure and Multi-keyword Search Scheme on Encrypted Electronic Medical Records

Abstract: Balance the security and practicality of electronic medical records in the cloud environment, and achieve the function of keyword retrieval while encrypting electronic medical records. Method: Using algorithm tools like Bloom filter and kNN security encryption, design a keyword retrieval scheme for encrypted electronic medical records through constructing a two-level index. Results: The designed scheme is able to achieve multi-keyword search for encrypted electronic medical records. And extensive analysis shows that the efficiency and security of the scheme are guaranteed. Conclusion: The scheme can improve the practicality while maintaining the security and privacy of the electronic medical records, and make it possible to store encrypted electronic medical records in the cloud environment.
