Abstract: Human papillomavirus infection is a common condition in gynecological clinical practice. Professor Hu Guohua posits that the deficiency of spleen and kidneys constitutes the root cause of the disease, while phlegm-dampness, qi stagnation, and stasis-toxin retention represent the manifestations. Treatment emphasizes strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidneys to address deficiency, combined with eliminating dampness and phlegm, promoting qi movement and blood circulation, and detoxifying to resolve stagnation. Furthermore, Professor Hu advocates for an integrated approach combining medicinal therapy with dietary regulation, internal and external treatments, and attention to both physical form and spirit, achieving remarkable clinical efficacy.
