  Abstract: 化疗相关性恶心呕吐(Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting,CINV)是肿瘤化疗过程中最常见的不良反应之一,发生率高达70%～80%,严重影响患者治疗依从性与生活质量1, 2。目前西医临床多采用5-羟色胺受体拮抗剂、NK-1受体拮抗剂等止吐药物,虽然在一定程度上能缓解CINV,但易伴随腹胀、便秘、肝功能异常等不良反应3。且药物费用较高,增加患者经济负担4。因此,探索更安全有效的补充替代疗法显得尤为重要。艾灸是以温热刺激作用于腧穴,通过经络传导发挥温中止呕、健脾和胃、温阳散寒、调理气机的功效,具有操作简便、安全性高、患者接受度高等优势,已被广泛纳入肿瘤化疗不良反应护理干预中5。但现阶段临床艾灸施术种类多样,取穴方案缺乏统一标准。因此本研究借助数据挖掘技术,结合中医经络理论,开展频次统计与关联规则挖掘,系统探析选穴、经络及配伍规律,旨在为临床规范化开展灸法干预提供理论依据。
