Abstract: In the context of globalization, medical education urgently needs to enhance cross-cultural competence. Focusing on cross-cultural medical ethics education for international students in China, this paper systematically reviews its theoretical foundations, current practices, and challenges, and proposes a practice-oriented path for educational innovation. By optimizing curriculum structure, integrating clinical practice, implementing a mentorship system, and drawing on international experiences, the study aims to build a cross-cultural medical ethics education system with Chinese characteristics. The ultimate goal is to cultivate international medical professionals with a global perspective, humanistic spirit, and professional competence, thereby contributing to global health equity and the construction of a community of common health for mankind.
