  Abstract: The effects of fumigation therapy (Danqing formula) combined with Zengye Chengqi Decoction on postoperative pain and defecation difficulty in mixed hemorrhoids were studied and The mechanism of action of fumigation therapy (Danqing formula) was discussed.Method: From 2024.1 to 2024.12, 120 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were treated in the Anorectal Department of our hospital,The random division was divided into 2 groups: control group and treatment group,Each 60 cases.The control group received routine postoperative treatment + potassium permanganate fumigation + lactulose oral solution,In addition to the routine postoperative treatment, the treatment group was treated with fumigation and washing therapy (Danqing formula) + Zengye Chengqi Decoction.The two groups of treatment lasted for 2 weeks to compare the clinical efficacy before and after 2 weeks of treatment.The defecation difficulty, stool characteristics, defecation effort, defecation time, feeling of heaviness, incomplete defecation, bloating, wound pain, exudation, edema and granulation growth were evaluated and And discuss the mechanism of action of fumigation therapy (Danqing formula).Result: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group.Two groups of patients had improved defecation difficulties after treatment (P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms of constipation in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05),The scores of wound pain, exudation, edema and granulation growth were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Xunxi therapy (Danqing formula) combined with Zengye Chengqi Decoction can effectively relieve postoperative pain and defecation difficulty of mixed hemorrhoids.Fumigation therapy (Danqing formula) treats from the theory of stasis, removes stasis and promotes new life, relieves pain and promotes healing.
