Abstract: Diabetes?peripheral?neuropathy?(DPN)?of?traditional?Chinese?medicine?belonging?collateral?poliomyelitis?category,?qi?and?Yin?deficiency,?phlegm?and?blood?stasis?resistance?network,?the?imbalance?of?Yin?and?Yang?constitutes?the?core?of?pathogenesis,?pathological?changes?occurred?in?the?development?of?key?lies?in?the?meridian?qi?dysfunction,?the?pathological?characteristics?of?directly?related?body?blood?moisten?the?state.??The?Renying?Cunkou?pulse?method?is?derived?from?the?classical?pulse?diagnosis?system?of?acupuncture?and?moxibustion?in?the?Neijing.?By?identifying?the?rise?and?fall?of?renying?pulse?and?Cunkou?pulse,?it?can?accurately?judge?the?rise?and?fall?of?Yin?and?Yang?in?the?human?body,?the?rise?and?fall?of?qi?and?blood?in?the?meridians?and?the?depth?of?disease?factors,?so?as?to?provide?an?objective?basis?for?the?differentiation?of?meridians?and?the?selection?of?treatment?methods.??As?the?key?nodes?of?meridian?qi?and?blood?transfusion,?the?five-shu?points?(well,?xing-stream,?shu-stream,?shu-stream,?meridian,?and?he-sea)?and?their?qi?and?blood?flow?characteristics?and?Yin?and?Yang?attributes?directly?correspond?to?the?pathogenesis?of?DPN?at?different?stages.??Based?on?the?classical?theory?of?traditional?Chinese?medicine,?this?paper?discusses?the?core?advantages?of?the?Renying?Cunkou?pulse?method?of?distinguishing?Yin?and?Yang,?clarifying?meridians,?and?fixing?deficiency?and?excess,?combined?with?the?treatment?characteristics?of?the?five-shu?points?of?regulating?qi?and?blood,?harmonizing?Yin?and?Yang,?and?clearing?meridians,?and?establishes?the?treatment?idea?of?pulse?method?syndrome?differentiation,?meridian?positioning,?and?five-shu?point?selection.??This?paper?elucidates?the?mechanism?of?five-shu?point?acupuncture?under?the?guidance?of?Mai?method?to?harmonize?Yin?and?Yang,?dreg?meridians,?tonifying?deficiency?and?reducing?excess,?so?as?to?provide?theoretical?support?and?clinical?reference?for?the?precise?treatment?of?DPN.
