Abstract: Objective:To investigate the acupoint compatibility patterns in acupuncture treatment for diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) and premature ovarian failure (POF) using complex network analysis, aiming to provide references for clinical practice. Methods:Relevant studies were systematically retrieved from Chinese and English databases, including CNKI, Wanfang Data, and PubMed. Eligible literature was screened, and acupoint prescriptions were extracted to establish a database. Association rule analysis and complex network modeling were conducted using IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Gephi 0.9.2 software. Results:A total of 61 studies were included, yielding 61 valid prescriptions involving 60 acupoints, with a total frequency of 550 applications. The most frequently used acupoint was Guanyuan (CV4). In terms of meridian distribution, the Conception Vessel (Ren Mai) and the Bladder Meridian were predominant. Among specific acupoint categories, crossing points were the most commonly employed. Association rule analysis revealed that the combination of Sanyinjiao (SP6) and Guanyuan (CV4) had the highest support (86.89%). Complex network analysis indicated that the acupoint compatibility network exhibited small-world characteristics, with 32 core nodes including Guanyuan (CV4) and Sanyinjiao (SP6).Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment for DOR and POF primarily emphasizes the compatibility of core acupoints such as Guanyuan (CV4), Sanyinjiao (SP6), and Zusanli (ST36). The application emphasizes the use of specific points, particularly crossing points, and follows the principle of combining local and distal point selection. The therapeutic approach focuses on tonifying kidney qi, regulating the Conception and Thoroughfare Vessels, and nourishing blood to strengthen the spleen.
