Abstract: Chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA) is a chronic parenchymal lung disease caused by chronic Aspergillus infection and characterized by pulmonary cavity formation, structural pulmonary lesions or mild immune dysfunction. In recent years, its prevalence has been increasing year by year. Hemoptysis is one of the main complications of CPA, which can lead to fatal hemoptysis. Bronchial artery embolization is recognized as the first-line treatment to control hemoptysis and a transitional measure to surgery. Therefore, the establishment of a standardized management system for CPA patients with hemoptysis has important clinical value for improving the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the related studies on CPA complicated with hemoptysis in recent years, emphasizing the comprehensive management model based on antifungal drugs, combined with interventional hemostasis and surgical treatment, and trying to establish a new health management model for chronic pulmonary aspergillosis complicated with hemoptysis.
