Abstract: With the popularization of thoracic imaging technologies, the detection rate of pulmonary nodules has been increasing year by year. Among these, some high -risk nodules require timely intervention to reduce the risk of lung cancer. As a minimally invasive interventional therapy, cryoablation has been increasingly widely used in the treatment of pulmonary nodules due to its advantages of precise targeting, minimal trauma, and high safety. Based on relevant literature in recent years, this article systematically reviews the latest research progress in cryoablation for pulmonary nodules from aspects including technical principles, expansion of clinical applications, studies on efficacy and safety, combined therapy, and future prospects, so as to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Key words: Pulmonary nodules;Cryoablation;Minimally invasive therapy
