Treats Pulmonary Nodules Based on “Drink Often Surplus”

    Abstract: Pulmonary nodules belong to the category of “lung volume” in traditional Chinese medicine according to Professor Zhou Heng, and he creatively put forward the idea of “drinking more than needed” based on many years of clinical experience, who divided lung nodules caused by drinking into three categories: coexistence of phlegm and blood stasis, phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung, phlegm-virus retention. He provides a new idea for the treatment of pulmonary nodules, taking the pill of gleditsia sinensis as the main prescription, making use of the strong effect of gleditsia sinensis to remove phlegm, so that pulmonary nodules can be treated from phlegm retention.
