  Abstract: 随着人们生活压力增大、饮食习惯发生改变、社会老龄化加剧等,便秘逐渐成为困扰多数人的生活烦恼之一,而我国成年人患慢性便秘的机率达10%,且呈逐年上涨趋势。其中慢传输便秘(Slow Transit Constipation,STC)是给功能性肠病中较为常见的类型,其核心临床表现为患者出现排便频次减少、粪便干结、排出费力等症状,且长期存在对日常生活有严重影响。目前,西医治疗STC主要采用泻药、促动力药等,但长期使用易产生药物依赖、导致胃肠道平滑肌受损等不良反应1。随着中医药大力发展,中药在治疗STC方面展现了独特优势,而白术七物颗粒作为何永恒教授的经验方,在临床治疗STC中也展现出一定疗效。加之近年来,有大量研究表明肠道菌群失调在STC的发生发展中起着重要作用。因此,我们从“运脾养阴”法出发,探讨白术七物颗粒调节肠道菌群治疗STC的理论机制,对于研究中医药治疗STC的科学内涵,发展中医药治疗STC的理论与实践具有重要意义。
