Abstract: This study systematically explores the teaching practice of the Cell Culture Experimental Technology module within the Basic Medical Research Experimental Technology curriculum at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Drawing on international blended learning concepts, a three-stage closed-loop blended teaching model was developed: meticulous preparation before class, collaborative practical operation during class, and structured post-class feedback. The model integrates online video learning with offline operation during class sessions. Student data and teaching effectiveness were assessed using a questionnaire system.The results show that this model significantly improved postgraduate students technical proficiency, with mastery of key skills increasing from 1.19% - 48.81% to 86.9% - 100%. Research reveals that collaborative mechanisms between teachers and laboratory technicians play a core role in optimizing teaching processes and enhancing resource management efficiency. It not only provides a reference for young teachers teaching innovation but also offers new ideas for the high-quality development of experimental teaching within Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges.
