    Abstract: ?Objective?To implement the spirit of the Guidance Outline for the Ideological and Political Construction of Curricula in Higher Education Institutions and explore effective pathways for integrating ideological and political education into pathology teaching. This study aims to enhance students ideological and political literacy and professional abilities, ultimately constructing a trinity education system encompassing knowledge, ability, and values. Methods?Using pathology experimental teaching as the carrier, this study comprehensively applied multidimensional methods, including case-based learning (CBL), integrated use of digital and glass slides, education on Chinas development history and scientific spirit, and aesthetic education integration. Core socialist values, the spirit of scientists, and feelings for the family and nation were organically integrated into the teaching. Deep integration of ideological-political education and professional education was achieved through online and offline case discussions, group collaboration, digital slide inquiry, aesthetic education practices, and comprehensive experimental design.?Results?The teaching reform significantly improved students knowledge acquisition, clinical thinking, scientific spirit, and humanistic literacy. Students performed excellently in various competitions, winning multiple awards. Teaching feedback was positive, with a marked enhancement in professional identity and learning initiative. Concurrently, teachers teaching abilities improved through competition exchanges, demonstrating significant teaching effectiveness and creating a positive atmosphere of mutual advancement between teaching and learning.?Conclusion?The multimodal integration approach effectively promotes the overall development of students professional abilities and comprehensive qualities. This model provides a referable pathway for the ideological and political construction of curricula in higher education institutions, contributing to the high-quality development of medical education.??
