Anti-MOG-IgG Antibody-Associated Disorders: Two Case Reports And Literature Review

  Abstract: Anti-myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein-IgG associated disorders, (MOGAD) are immune-mediated inflammatory demyelinating disease of the central nervous system (CNS). When the spinal cord is involved, patients may experience symptoms such as limb weakness and sensory abnormalities. This article reports two cases of MOGAD myelitis patients, analyzes their clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, and treatment effects, and reviews relevant literature.
