A Study on the Application Effect of Phased Feedback Teaching in Pelvic Floor Function Exercises for Patients with Low-position Anal PreservationYuejun Hua,Weiwei Gao,Ziyan Hu,Lili Jiang

• 摘要：目的 探讨阶段性回馈教学在低位保肛患者的盆底功能锻炼的应用效果研究。方法 便利抽样选取2023年12月至2024年2月我院收治的直肠癌低位保肛患者83例，以随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=42）及实验组(n=41)。其中对照组行常规健康教育，实验组在对照组基础上采用阶段性回馈教学的方式进行盆底功能锻炼指导，比较两组患者盆底肌锻炼依从性、低位前切除症状评分及生活质量改善效果。结果 干预后，实验组盆底肌锻炼依从性高于对照组，低位前切除症状评分较对照组有减轻，总体生活质量评分较对照组有改善(P＜0.05)。结论 阶段性回馈教学能够提升直肠癌低位保肛患者盆底功能锻炼的依从性，改善盆底肌功能，提升其整体生活质量。

  Abstract: Objective A study on the application effect of feedback teaching in pelvic floor function exercise for patients with low-position anus preservation.Methods A total of 84 patients with low rectal cancer who underwent anus-preserving surgery in our hospital from December 2023 to February 2024 were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into a control group (n = 42) and an experimental group (n = 41) using the random number table method.The control group received routine health education, while the experimental group, on the basis of the control group, was guided to perform pelvic floor muscle exercises using a phased feedback teaching method. The compliance of pelvic floor muscle exercises, the score of low anterior resection symptoms and the improvement effect of quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention, the compliance of pelvic floor muscle exercise in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, the score of low anterior resection symptoms was reduced, and the score of overall quality of life was improved (P < 0.05). Conclusions Feedback teaching can improve the compliance of pelvic floor function exercise, improve the pelvic floor muscle function and improve the quality of life of patients with low rectal cancer.
