摘要:目的 探讨混合现实在神经外科解剖与手术规划教学中的应用效果。方法 纳入30名神经外科培训医师,解剖教学中先接受传统二维图像讲解授课,然后操作混合现实三维脑出血模型学习相关解剖,通过问卷评估混合现实解剖教学效果;手术规划教学中随机分为混合现实组(n=15)和传统教学组(n=15),比较两组在路径选择合理性、结构保护意识等方面得分差异。结果 解剖教学中,100%参与者认为混合现实显像效果优于二维屏幕,90%认为对脑出血空间结构和三维解剖理解明显提升,93.3%对混合现实解剖教学效果满意。手术规划教学中,混合现实组在路径选择合理性(7.9 vs 6.5)、结构保护意识(8.4 vs 6.2)和参与者掌握度自评分(8.1 vs 6.8)方面均显著高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论 混合现实技术在提升解剖理解力和手术规划水平方面有良好的教学价值和临床应用潜力。
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of mixed reality (MR) technology in neurosurgical anatomy and surgical planning education. Methods Thirty neurosurgical trainees were enrolled in this study. During the anatomy teaching phase, participants first received teaching with 2D images, followed by interaction with a MR-based 3D intracerebral hemorrhage model to learn relevant anatomical structures. The effectiveness of anatomy teaching was assessed via questionnaires. For surgical planning education, participants were randomly assigned to either an MR group (n=15) or a traditional teaching group (n=15). The two groups were compared in terms of scores of path selection rationality, awareness of structural preservation, and self-assessed mastery. Results In the anatomy teaching study, 100% of participants considered MR visualization superior to 2D screens; 90% reported improved understanding of spatial relationships and three-dimensional neuroanatomy, and 93.3% were satisfied with the MR-based anatomy teaching. In the surgical planning teaching study, the MR group showed significantly higher scores than the traditional group in path selection rationality (7.9 vs. 6.5), structural preservation awareness (8.4 vs. 6.2), and self-rated mastery (8.1 vs. 6.8) (P<0.05). Conclusion MR technology demonstrates substantial educational value and clinical application potential in enhancing anatomical comprehension and surgical path planning in neurosurgical training.
