Effect of early weight-bearing exercise on postoperative function and satisfaction in patients with anterior talofibular ligament rupture

• 摘要：目的:研究早期负重功能锻炼对距腓前韧带断裂患者术后功能及满意度的影响。方法:将2022年06月—2024年06月南昌市洪都中医院收治的60例距腓前韧带断裂的患者,按照随机数字表法分为2组。常规组进行术后常规康复训练,早期负重组在反重力跑台上进行术后早期负重功能锻炼。比较两组患者的美国足踝外科协会踝与后足评分(AOFAS评分)、坎伯兰踝关节不稳测试(Cumberland Ankle Instability Test Score,CAIT)、踝关节主动关节位置(jointpositionsenseactive,JPSA)、踝关节被动关节位置觉(jointpositionsensepassive,JPSP)及患者术后满意度评价。结果:术后6个月,早期负重组的AOFAS评分、CAIT评分、满意度均显著高于常规组,JPSP、JPSA小于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期负重功能锻炼可以改善距腓前韧带断裂患者的术后功能,提高患者的术后满意度,因此在距腓前韧带断裂患者中的应用价值较高。

  Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of early weight-bearing functional exercise on postoperative function and satisfaction in patients with distal fibular anterior ligament rupture. Methods: The 60 patients with anterior talofibular ligament rupture treated in Hongdu Hospital of Nanchang from June 2022 to September 2024 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The conventional group underwent routine rehabilitation training after surgery, and the early stage of the negative recombination was performed on the anti-gravity running platform. The AOFAS Score and the Cumberland Ankle Instability Test Score were compared between the two groups. CAIT), ankle active joints (jointpositionsenseactive, JPSA), passive ankle joint position sense (jointpositionsensepassive JPSP), and the evaluation of the patients with postoperative satisfaction. Results: 6 months after operation, the AOFAS score, CAIT score and satisfaction degree of early negative recombination were significantly higher than those of conventional group, while JPSP and JPSA were lower than those of conventional group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Early weight-bearing functional exercise can improve the postoperative function of patients with distal fibular anterior ligament rupture and improve their postoperative satisfaction, so it has high application value in patients with distal fibular anterior ligament rupture.
