Application of ERAS nursing combined with isokinetic muscle strength visual feedback training in knee joint injury

• 摘要：目的：探讨加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS）护理联合等速肌力视觉反馈训练对膝关节损伤患者的影响。方法：根据随机数字表法将100例于2022年5月至2023年5月期间在第九〇九医院接受治疗的膝关节损伤患者分为两组，均行关节镜下联合富血小板血浆(platelet rich plasma，PRP)治疗，对照组（50例）接受ERAS护理，观察组（50例）在对照组基础上接受等速肌力视觉反馈训练，比较疼痛情况、膝关节功能恢复情况、生活质量及并发症。结果：术后1d、1个月、3个月、6个月，观察组疼痛视觉模拟量表评分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；术后6个月，两组膝关节功能评分量表及世界卫生组织生活质量简表评分均升高，且观察组更高（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：ERAS护理联合等速肌力视觉反馈训练可显著降低膝关节损伤患者术后疼痛，有效促进膝关节功能恢复，还有利于并发症发生率的降低和生活质量的提升。

  Abstract: Objective :To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery ( ERAS ) nursing combined with isokinetic muscle strength visual feedback training on postoperative patients with knee joint injury.Methods : According to the random number table method, 100 patients with knee joint injury who were treated in the 909 th Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were divided into two groups. All patients were treated with arthroscopic combined platelet rich plasma ( PRP ). The control group ( 50 cases ) received ERAS nursing, the observation group ( 50 cases ) received isokinetic muscle strength visual feedback training on the basis of the control group.Compared with the pain, knee joint function recovery, quality of life and complications.Results : At 1 day, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after operation, the pain visual analogue scale scores of the observation group were lower than the control group.(P<0.05 ). At 6 months after operation, the scores of knee joint function scale and World Health Organization quality of life scale in the two groups were higher than before operation, the observation group were higher(P<0.05 ). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion : ERAS nursing combined with isokinetic muscle strength visual feedback training can significantly reduce postoperative pain in patients with knee joint injury, effectively promote the recovery of knee joint function, and help to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
